Bar Layers
Our Cereal Bar Bases and Bar Layers can be customized for your application and may be adjusted to accommodate target values by incorporating beneficent additions such as antioxidants, fiber, protein and vitamins. These nutrition and food bar components have a low water activity and are an ideal carrier for products marketed as nutraceuticals. They have a paste consistency with textures from jelly-like to pulpy, with or without fruit particulate. And, they will not sag or weep.
We carefully design these products to maintain their volume and soft mouth feel after baking without any gumminess or voids. Our Cereal Bar Bases and Bar Layers have exceptionally long shelf lives and are available with fruit, dairy and/or confectionary flavors.
