    Brownie Mix: Our Brownie Mix comes in the form of a paste. All you have to do is add eggs to make moist, rich and fudgy chocolate brownies. A consistent product is produced every time. Less work means more kitchen efficiency. Nuts, chocolate chips, caramel pieces and other candies can be mixed in for variety. This mix has a long shelf life, as it does not contain protein. Our pre-mixed Brownie Mix works for industrial, foodservice and retail bakery applications. We also have a Blondie Mix available.

    Marshmallow Powder and Meringue Powder: When reconstituted, our Marshmallow and Meringue Powders can be used to achieve a reduction in caloric density or to modify mouth feel texture. Known as low-density bulking agents, they have a high temperature tolerance and are ideal mediums for flavors and colors. They also contribute fiber to ingredient formulations and can be used as bases for fudges and nougat-filled cereal bars. Use these mixes to make Baked Alaska and Crème Horns or as a cake or pastry filling. They enhance the visual appeal of finished goods, will not weep, offer excellent shine, and they are fat free. These mixes are healthy alternatives to traditional fat-based icings.

    Mousse Parfait Mixes: Simplicity. Period. Our Mousse Parfait Mixes supply loads of rich flavor to a variety of confections, and they're super easy to use too. All you have to do is add cold water. That's it! Our mixes can be used in parfaits, pies, in between layers of cake and as a topping on gelatin desserts. These superstars can also add flavor and volume to cake mixes so you can produce moist and delicious treats without the hassle. We have Chocolate, Strawberry and Vanilla varieties. They come in 5 lb. pouches, packed 6 to a case. (Only vegetable gelatins are used.)

    Streusel and Cobbler Crumb Toppings: Our Streusel and Cobbler Crumb Toppings add texture and flavor to no-bake, ready-to-serve desserts. They can dress up pastries, pies, ice cream and cakes and provide low-density layers in dessert concepts. These toppings supply a fantastic crunch and enhance the appearance of baked snack foods such as fruit bars and cookies. Give desserts an extra kick of color with any of our Streusel or Cobbler Crumb Toppings. They can be customized to include crispy, chewy and crumbly textures and are easily dispensed in high speed, pre-baked or frozen applications. Our Streusel and Cobbler Crumb Toppings are available in various pack sizes.
