Imperial Brownie Mix
All you have to do is add eggs!
For Chewy Brownies: Add 1 lb. 6 oz. of whole eggs (approximately 18 large eggs) in three portions to 5 lbs. 8 oz. of our Imperial Brownie Mix. Mix until smooth after each addition. Scrape bowl. Evenly spread the mixture out in a well-greased and paper-lined 18” x 24” pan. Bake at 350°F for approximately 35 minutes.
For Cake Brownies: Mix 5 lbs. 8 oz. of our Imperial Brownie Mix with 12 oz. of cake flour until smooth. Then add 1 lb. of whole eggs (approximately 12 large eggs) and 12 oz. of water in three portions. Mix until smooth after each addition. Scrape bowl. Evenly spread the mixture out in a well-greased and paper-lined 18" x 24" pan. Bake at 350°F for approximately 35 minutes.
