Retort

Our super juicy Whole Fruit Fillings come specially protected in a renowned retort pail with a tamper-evident seal to ensure loads of purity and freshness. Our luscious fruit is cooked right inside each pail so you won’t find any bruising or breakup of our precious produce. These practical pails are resealable, safer than cans and extremely easy to open and handle. They can be stored in any bakery, kitchen or confectioner’s workroom.

Say goodbye to can openers and dented cans. With our innovative pails, you won’t have to worry about sharp edges. These superior fillings come packed in ¾ gallon pails, with four to a case. A flip of the lid reveals a clear tamper-evident seal that locks in tons of wholesome flavor and pure fruity goodness.

Lawrence Foods has built an enviable reputation for the high quality of our retort process. We are exclusive producers of retort fillings in plastic containers, which hold slightly more than a #10 can. Note that others have attempted to imitate this process by using a similar container filled with a kettle-produced product. Once you look closely at our filling, however, the difference is obvious.

Pails

With our plastic pails, you won’t have to fuss with can openers, worry about sharp edges or fret about accumulating waste. Our resealable plastic pails can be recycled, so they’re good for you and for the environment. We can pack almost any product in a 1, 2, 4.25 or 5 gallon pail.

Pouches

2 lb. Sleeves: Speed up your production and control portion sizes with our handy dandy 2 lb. angle-cut plastic sleeves. All you have to do is snip off a corner and squeeze out the desired amount into your cakes, cupcakes, donuts, Danish, turnovers and other sweet, flaky confections. Talk about convenience. Each sleeve comes with its own individual label printed directly on top. You won’t have to search case ends for your label information anymore. Everything you need to know is right in front of your eyes – the ingredient declaration, kosher status, lot code, net weight and nutrition panel. This packaging concept is ideal for crème fillings, fruit fillings, glazes and icings.

4 lb. Pouches: Our Orchard Fresh Cobbler® Fillings come packed in 4 lb. plastic pouches, which is the exact amount needed to make a dynamite cobbler or crisp dessert. Just cut the top off and pour all that luscious fruit right into a ½ steam table pan.

Foil Pouches: You’ll find that many of our dry mixes come packed in foil pouches. Our Cobbler and Streusel Toppings, Marshmallow Powder and Mousse Parfait Mixes stay fresh and ready-to-use all year long.

Cans

Cans have been the industry standard in foodservice for over 50 years. You can amass everything you need for an entire year with our highly shelf-stable #10 can products. They will not oxidize either. All you have to do is open the can and pour the ready-to-use finished good into your desired application. We offer Compotes, Crème Fillings, Glazes, Jellies, Preserves and Whole Fruit Fillings in #10 cans, which are packed six to a case.

Drums

Our 55 gallon fiber drums are ideal for bulk users. You can safely and efficiently ship and store dry or solid products with these bad boys. Steel rings reinforce the top and bottom while a locking steel band accepts a tamper-evident seal. Our eco-friendly drums can be recycled too.

Totes

Our corrugated fiber totes have proven to be the ultimate in bulk shipping. Depending on the density of the product, they can store between 1,800 to 2,400 pounds. This packaging concept works wonders for Crème and Fruit Fillings.
