Lawrence Foods is opposed to all human slavery/forced labor and human trafficking.

Our direct raw material suppliers are required to comply with the “Lawrence Foods Supplier Code of Conduct” whereby our direct suppliers are required to certify, among other things, that material used in the manufacture of items purchased by Lawrence Foods comply with country of origin and other applicable laws regarding slavery, child labor and human trafficking.

In addition, we may conduct audits (including unannounced and/or third party audits) to confirm compliance with applicable country of origin laws and other applicable laws regarding slavery, child labor and human trafficking. If our audit reveals concerns regarding such issues, we will take appropriate action based upon the specific facts and circumstances which may involve approval of a remediation plan or discontinuance of business with the supplier.

Our employees who have direct responsibility in supply chain management will be provided with training as needed with respect to the mitigation of risks of human trafficking and slavery within the Lawrence Foods’ supply chain.
