Bread Pudding French Toast

A breakfast favorite made better with the addition of Lawrence Foods Bread Pudding Mix. This easy to make mix provides the best flavor and perfectly tender toast that combines with any of our fruit fillings to make a great start to your day.


  • 3 slices Brioche Bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 2.5 oz Bread Pudding Mix #191003
  • 3.5 oz Hot Water
  • 4 oz Peach Orchard Fresh Fruit Filling® #121422
  • Whipped Topping
  • Powdered Sugar


  1. Mix water and bread pudding mix and allow to sit until dissolved
  2. Mix 3 oz of bread pudding liquid with eggs and beat well
  3. Dip brioche into egg mixture and fry in nonstick or oil flattop until golden
  4. Cut in half diagonally and shingle onto plate
  5. Top with powdered sugar, peach filling and whipped topping
