Lemon Meringue Dessert Pizza
Pizza Pie or Pie Pizza? This tart favorite combines two of our most beloved foods to make something even more delicious. Using Lawrence Foods Classic Lemon Filling and Instant Meringue mix, this pizza couldn’t be easier to make, and even easier to eat!
INGREDIENTS:
- Prebaked Pizza Crust
- 6 oz Classic Lemon Filling #121133
- 6 oz Instant Meringue Powder #160140
- 8 oz Cold Water
ASSEMBLY:
- Bake the crust until crisp
- Spread a layer of classic lemon filling
- Whip meringue mix and water until stiff peaks
- Pipe on the top using a french star tip
- Toast with a torch or in the oven
