Orange Chicken
An American Chinese classic of tender fried chicken in a sweet and spicy sauce is a take-out favorite. Lawrence Foods Orange Marmalade provides not only orange flavor but also delicious orange peel texture. Our marmalade adds to the authentic orange texture and freshness present in this dish.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup Orange Marmalade #101806
- 1/2 tbsp Chili Paste
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
ASSEMBLY:
- Mix all ingredients in a small pot and warm slowly just until all melted together
- Toss pre-fried chicken pieces in the warm sauce.
- Serve immediately with rice or other side.
