Pork Tenderloin with Peach Sage Compote

Peaches and pork combine in this savory sweet dish for a satisfying and tender plate. INGREDIENTS:

  • 3# Tenderloin
  • 1 cup Peach Orchard Fresh Fruit Filling®
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp Minced Rosemary
  • 1 tbsp Minced Sage
  • Salt and Pepper

ASSEMBLY:

  1. Sear pork tenderloin in cast iron and finish in oven until internal temperature reaches 145F
  2. Prepare peach compote with Peach Orchard Fresh Fruit Filling® in pan and add vinegar and herbs heat to a simmer and season to taste
  3. Serve warm with potatoes and grilled squash
