Black Raspberry Wine Sauce
Wine makes everything better, and this sauce is no exception. The richness of Lawrence Foods Black Raspberry EZ Squeeze® Filling combined with the tannic acid of red wine makes a delightfully perfect flavor. Added thickness from the filling creates an ideal palate pleaser.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Black Raspberry EZ Squeeze® Filling #129828
- 1/4 cup Red Wine
- Salt and Pepper
ASSEMBLY:
- Sauté garlic in oil until toasted
- Deglaze with red wine
- Add black raspberry filling
- Thin with water
- Season with salt and pepper
Sauce served warm. Additional stock can be added when reheating.
