Honi Glazed Brussel Sprouts

Bittersweet, charred, and delicious only begin to describe the tasty combination of these Brussel Sprouts and Lawrence Foods Garlic Spread and Honi Glaze. This side is the perfect complement to any meat dish or even by itself.


  • 1.5 lbs Cut Brussel Sprouts
  • 1 tbsp Transbetter® Garlic Spread #147013
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Honi Glaze #148439
  • Salt and Pepper


  1. Blanche brussel sprouts by placing in boil water just until slightly tender and then dunking in ice water to stop the cooking
  2. In a cast iron skillet heat olive oil and Garlic Spread
  3. Place brussel sprouts in pan flat side down.
  4. Cook until brussels are charred or browned on one side
  5. Toss with Honi Glaze and salt and pepper
