Apple Vegetable Glaze

Bitter vegetables like broccoli rabe or brussel sprouts paired with the sweet tang of apple are a delightful combination. Lawrence Foods Apple Jelly provides a sticky sweet base that works to balance with these delicious vegetables.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup Pure Apple Jelly #117406
  • 1 cup Honi Glaze #148439
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

ASSEMBLY:

  1. Heat jelly and Honi glaze just until liquid
  2. Toss in grilled or sautéed vegetable (baby broccoli shown)
  3. Serve warm

Yields approximately 2 cup
