Apricot Honi Glaze
Sweet and juicy apricots have the gentle unimposing flavor to work flawlessly with light and tender fish. This glaze with Lawrence Foods Apricot EZ Squeeze® Filling and Honi Glaze provides sticky pleasant mouthfeel to pair with the juicy fish.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 tsp Fresh Grated Ginger
- 1/2 cup European Apricot Glaze #147206
- 1 tbsp Honi Glaze #148439
- 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Cracked Black Pepper
ASSEMBLY:
- Melt glaze in pan and add all the ingredients
- Heat on medium heat to reduce until thick
Sauce holds well under refrigeration. Would need to be remelted for use. Yields approximately 1/2 cup
